She has had a passion for architecture, interior design and helping people since she was a young girl growing up in New England. Her family owned an interior decorating & upholstery business and she worked there from a tender age.

 

Melissa landed in Florida after some college, where she began a 13 year career in the hospitality industry. Working for Marriott International, she honed her sales & customer service skills making that job the perfect preamble for entering the real estate industry in 2002. For Melissa, it was the perfect pairing of her fervor for architecture & design combined with sales & making people happy.

 

Her real estate career started in “New Home Sales” with Builder/Developers in Central Florida and she excelled immediately, currently selling over a thousand single family homes and townhomes. Melissa has assisted clients with buying and selling homes, townhomes, condominiums, vacant land & investment properties ranging from under $200,000 on up to $5 million. Her keen eye for design, the flow & functionality of space, coupled with her wealth of construction knowledge have played an integral part of bringing her clients’ vision to life.

Melissa resides in Winter Park with her husband, Ed, their two children and dog.
