Ever since she was a young girl growing up in New England, Melissa has had a passion for Architecture, interior design and helping people. While working in her family’s interior decorating and reupholstery business, as well as during her 13 year tenure with Marriott International, she honed both her sales and customer service skills.
In 2002, merging her fervor for buildings, design and customer service, she began her Real Estate career working for Home Builders in Central Florida. Since then, Melissa has sold single family homes, town homes, and vacant land ranging in price from $200,000 to $3+ million. Her keen eye for design work, coupled with her wealth of construction knowledge have played in integral part of bringing her clients vision to life.
Melissa has had year-over-year success in matching clients with the right home. She was recognized for being a top sales professional within the US for her previous company, due to achieving $45 million in sales in 2016 and $21 million in sales in 2017. Her success is attributed to her drive, attention to detail, her passion for helping others and her love for the industry.
Melissa resides in Winter Park with her husband, Ed, two children and dog. She loves spending time with her family & friends, participating in outdoor activities, paddle boarding, kayaking, snow skiing, hiking, doing yoga, theater and volunteering within the community.
